Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls appropriately while taking accurate messages when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a positive image of the company.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, packages, and letters.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain and update visitor logs and employee attendance records.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Education: (NYSC) BSc / HND in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
Experience: 0 – 1 year in a similar role; internship or volunteer experience in a customer-facing position is a plus.
