Description
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and managing the front office’s day-to-day operations.
In addition, this role will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our printing services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience of at least 3 years asa front desk or customer officer.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues calmly.
