Front Desk Officer (Egbeda & Agungi)

Role Overview

As a Front Desk Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining efficient office operations. You will handle front desk responsibilities, manage inquiries, and represent the company’s professional image.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about the company’s services.
Handle inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and presentable.
Manage appointment schedules and keep a log of visitors.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Monitor and manage office supplies related to the front desk area.
Support the team with additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A professional and positive demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain a calm, composed attitude.
