Description 

The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for the company. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, personable, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule and manage appointments.

Client Support:

Provide basic information about the company’s properties and services.
Assist clients with inquiries and requests.
Follow up with clients on inquiries and appointments.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general office administration tasks as needed.
Prepare and maintain office records and files.
Order office supplies.

Social Media & Content Creation:

Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments.
Develop and produce short, informative videos showcasing company properties and services.

Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Resolve client issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reception role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong social media skills, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Experience with video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie) is a plus.
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
