Job Summary
We are a dynamic dental clinic seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team.
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and computer-literate Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the front desk, receiving and directing patients, phone calls, and emails
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Manage and maintain accurate records and databases of patient information
Provide support to dentists, hygienists, and other clinic staff as needed
Utilize computer software and social media platforms to perform tasks and promote our dental clinic
Requirements
Female, preferably single, below 35 years old
OND minimum
candidates must reside in close proximity to Lekki
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
Knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Experience working in a healthcare or dental clinic setting is an asset.
Remuneration & Benefit-
Salary: N80,000 – N90,000 per month, depending on competence, experience, or performance at interview
