Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team at Hazon Holdings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services and policies
Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

1 – 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Nice to Have:

Experience in a similar industry or company
eCrtification in customer service or administration
Knowledge of CRM software.
