Our client requires the services of a front desk officer to work in abuja ,the ideal candidate must be smart and presentable with good communication skills.
Good computer knowledge with internet skills,
Ability to multitask.
Requirements
Making schedule and organising meetings
Ensured the optimum comfort of all visiting candidates
Attend to candidates and create database of qualified candidates
Led and assist with front office functions
Complete and maintain visitor log’s as required
Documents in coming to outgoing mails
Maintain inventories pertinent to vacancies
Administer aptitude test to candidate
Contact candidates for interview.
