Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

A Front Desk Officer in a hospital serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations at the reception.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to patients and visitors.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain and update patient records.
Coordinate with medical staff for smooth workflow.
Assist patients with billing and insurance claims.
Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Address and resolve patient complaints professionally.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a front desk officer preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
Must have worked in a Hospital
Must live around Lekki.
