Responsibilities
Welcome visitors with a warm, positive attitude
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
Work directly with the Operations manager in ensuring smooth running of the office
Manage the Cleaner and ensure the office is always clean
Ensure basic supplies are provided as at when required
Maintain drivers logbook and monitor their attendance
Requirements
2 years admin experience or as a front desk officer
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
