Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Reception Management: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as required.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Security: Ensure the security of the reception area, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as required, such as ordering supplies, managing the mailroom, and providing support to other departments.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in office administration or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication, multitasking and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software.
Personal Qualities: Professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
