Job Description
Front desk officers need excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
They should also have a pleasant and professional attitude, as they are often the first point of contact for any organization.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and greeting guests, answer questions and provide information about the company.
Answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. Providing information and addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other staff members.
Handling various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Acting as a liaison between different departments and staff members, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Receiving and distributing mail and packages. Managing courier services and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1-3 years experience.
