Front Desk/ HMO Supervisor

A graduate of health sciences or related field to supervise the front desk and handle customer care services. Liaising with corporate organizations and HMOs. Registering patients, referring to appropriate medical personnel, assisting in product selection and billing. Patient recall and telemarketing/marketing. Attending to queries and resolving issues.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
