Front Desk Executive

Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
They are responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, directing calls, and ensuring smooth office operations. 
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
Provide information and assistance to guests and staff.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Administration, hospitality, or a related field.
3 – 7 years previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Close proximity to Ikeja is a plus.
Requires sitting for extended periods and occasional movement around the office.
