Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage front desk operations, including checking in/out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments
Maintain accurate records and logs of guest interactions, payments, and other front desk activities
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating to management as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards
Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in [relevant software or systems, e.g., hotel management software]
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
