Responsibilities
As our Front Desk / Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and assistance during their travel experiences. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm and inviting demeanor, providing them with all the information they need.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assisting clients with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Providing information about our travel services, destinations, and packages, and offering personalized recommendations to clients.
Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records accurately.
Supporting the marketing team with promotional activities and events as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others explore new destinations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and pleasing personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong computer literacy skills.
A National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Resident in Ikeja and it’s environs.
