Maintain an inventory of room vacancies, reservations and room assignments
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available and respond to guests’ complaints
Check in and check out guests
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
Serve customers’ meals and drinks

Requirements

Must possess a minimum of OND in any discipline
Must be computer literate
Must be fluent in English language
Age between 22 -30
Must be resident in Ibadan
