Front Desk/ Concierge

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk/Concierge at CHELSEA HOTEL in Abuja.
The role involves managing reservations, providing concierge services, handling receptionist duties, and ensuring exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Concierge Services, Reservations, and Communication skills
Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for a long period of time.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Knowledge of French, Korean, and other foreign languages is a huge plus.
