We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk / Admin Officer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the academy. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and online, and will manage various administrative tasks to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and students at the front desk.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document preparation, and supply management.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of classes and events.
Support the management team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Admin Officer.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
