Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Quality Control Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will oversee the entire production process, from raw material inspection to the final product, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure quality materials.
Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and findings.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements: 

Bsc/Hnd in Food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Proven experience in food quality control of about 5-8 years.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Etc.
