Food and Beverage Supervisor

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff.
Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations. 
Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
Assist in stock control and inventory management.
Support management in daily operational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

HND/BSc degree in Hospitality management or a related field.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
