Purpose of the Job:
The Food and Beverage Manager will be able to forecast, plan, manage all Food and Beverage operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent guest experience. The Job holder will supervise service staff (waiters & barmen) and kitchen staff and reports to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement standards/policies for the delivery of world-class customer service and monitor the performance/activities of food and beverage staff to endure compliance with set customer service standards.
Oversee the administration, operation and coordination of the Club’s bars and kitchens for profitability while exceeding guests’ expectations.
Designate and schedule work duties to food and beverage staff.
Establish and maintain high food safety standards (HACCP) in all food and beverage outlets.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures; also maintaining spick and span work environment.
Desired Competencies and Experience
Possess degree in Hospitality or related fields.
Possess a recognised HACCP certification.
A minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience cognate with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Must be a good leader with good management skills.
Salary: N 1.8m – N 2.16m per annum
