Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor catering logistics for departing and arriving flights
Ensure timely and accurate loading of catering supplies onto aircraft
Liaise with airline representatives, ground handling teams, and catering staff to ensure smooth operations
Conduct pre-flight checks to confirm orders align with airline requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and flight catering records
Adhere to all aviation safety and security regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in flight dispatch or aviation-related logistics
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of airport operations and aviation safety procedures is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
