Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleets.
Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet safety standards.
Develop efficient and cost-effective route plans
Continuously optimize routes to enhancevehicleefficiency and reduce transit time.
Implement and oversee aperiodicpreventive maintenance program for all fleet vehicles& bikes
Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers to ensure timely repairs and inspections.
Stay updated on local and national transportation regulations.
Ensure that all fleetdriverscomply with relevant laws and regulations in Nigeria.
Recruit, train, and supervise drivers to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and manage budgets for fleets, including fuel expenses, maintenance costs, and vehicle acquisitions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational expenses.
Generate regular reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and on-time delivery metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Qualification
2 years of experience.
