Fleet and Admin Manager Group Head Contracts and Commercial

Responsibilities

Manage the company’s fleet daily 
Serve as first contact point at the Support Office 
Oversee office administration, and facility operations to ensure seamless daily activities
Implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office supplies, ensuring all administrative needs are met
Collaborate with other departments to align administrative support with organizational goals 

Requirements

5years fleet and admin experience 
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs
