Fitness Sales Executive VI/ Lekki (Health and Fitness)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Fitness Sales Executive to join our elite team at BEYOND Fitness. As a Fitness Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness products, and providing tailored fitness solutions to our clients. Your goal will be to attract new clients, nurture existing relationships, and help our members live healthier lives by providing high-end fitness services and products. If you have experience selling premium services, luxury products, or high-end wellness solutions such as luxury resorts, spas, or fitness products, this role is perfect for you.

Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach to potential clients, both individual and corporate.
Attend local community events, health fairs, and corporate wellness programs to represent the gym and drive brand awareness.
Engage with clients through email, phone, and in-person consultations to identify their fitness needs and offer tailored solutions.
Promote and sell gym memberships, group classes, and premium fitness products, emphasizing their unique benefits and value.
Use your sales expertise to highlight the exclusive features of BEYOND facilities, such as high-end equipment, luxurious amenities, and specialized programs.
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to membership onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement with gym services.
Promote the BEYOND’s values, vision, and wellness philosophy in every interaction, cultivating a luxury fitness experience for each client.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for the gym.
Provide detailed and accurate sales reports, tracking activity, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and exclusive offers designed to attract high-value clients.
Help create and distribute marketing materials that align with the BEYOND’s brand, such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Engage in customer retention activities by regularly checking in with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer new products or services that align with their goals.
Introduce clients to new classes, programs, or membership tiers to keep them engaged and invested in their fitness journey.

Qualifications/ Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in high-end services, luxury products, or fitness industries (e.g., selling luxury resorts, spa services, premium gym memberships, or fitness-related products).
A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Experience in a consultative sales environment where building relationships with clients is crucial.
Experience in the wellness, fitness, or luxury service industries is preferred, with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of high-value clients.
Familiarity with the latest trends in fitness, wellness, and luxury lifestyle services, including knowledge of high-end gym equipment and premium fitness offerings.
A passion for health and fitness, with a deep understanding of the benefits of exercise and wellness.
Previous experience working in the fitness, health, or wellness industries is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
In-depth knowledge of fitness products, services, gym memberships, and personal training packages is highly beneficial.
Comfortable using digital tools for sales presentations and follow-up communications (e.g., email, phone, video conferencing).
