Financial Officer

Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Manage branch cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile accounts daily and ensure all transactions are balanced.
Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data.
Assist customers with opening new accounts and applying for financial products.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive banking experience.
Comply with all banking regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working in a financial institution (preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
