Improve the effectiveness of First Source Operational Services, such as payments, process and accounts
Effective use of the software package – BANK ONE
Improve internal structures to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Improve the design and functionality of First Source, marketing material, internal documents
Enhancing functionality and maximizing utilization of all existing sale channels
Improvement of existing structure of the non-credit related part of the business through:
Processes improvement and optimization
New products development
Streamlining existing products and building synergies between services and lending
Boosting growth of the deposit portfolio with special attention to cost of funds
Maximize non-interest fee income
Leading the company’s efforts in customer satisfaction and loyalty
Spearheading delivery of consistent corporate image and improving customer experience in line with company branding and communication strategy
Embrace the company’s customer centric approach to delivering products and services
Provides information to management
Technical/ Professionally Supervises to management
Administrative / hierarchical reporting to management

B.Sc. in any finance related field
At least 3 – 5 years’ work related experience within the financial services sector.
Excellent customer service and result oriented
Willingness to rotate from department to department within the dedicated region and the ability to work in/from different locations
Good analytical skills
Energetic and passionate work attitude
Knowledge of Nigeria’s banking sector
Experienced user of accounting software
Ability to draft and analyze financial data
Desired experience and knowledge
Proven track record of proactive and successful approach to developing portfolio of customers and overall business
Relevant knowledge of Bank’s product offered in the Nigerian market – Relevant experience in sales, building and managing portfolios of customers ( experience in branch Operations and /or head office operations is an asset)
Up-to-date with innovation within the sector and potential implications of offering financial services to clients
Experience and/or determination in embracing developments requiring cross department, institutional and behavioral changes
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Experienced user of banking software
Results expected to achieve

Effective implementation of bank procedures and instructions from Management
