We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and delivering accurate financial reports to support decision-making. This role involves working with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to improve financial performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyse financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and reports to support management in decision-making.
Ensure financial data accuracy by reconciling transactions and validating reports.
Work with multiple financial systems and data sources to extract meaningful insights.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Track budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports for auditors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Present financial insights and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial reporting tools.
Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
Experience with Oracle, SAGE, is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent use of MS Office Suite
Excellent Knowledge of Financial Systems / Programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

NGN 300,000 – NGN350,000 per annum
