Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Oversee financial audits and risk management
Preparing and analyzing financial statements
Ensuring compliance with CBN, NDIC, and other regulatory bodies
Overseeing daily financial transactions and bank reconciliations
Generating periodic regulatory reports and submissions
Monitoring liquidity and cash flow
Assist in Managing internal and external audits
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Microfinance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong analytical, reporting, and regulatory compliance skills
An Excellent Team Player
