Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) are an added advantage.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and analysis. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
