Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and investment banking? Join our dynamic team as a Finance Officer and play a pivotal role in driving our financial operations and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate management accounts, reconcile ledgers, and deliver performance dashboards.
Ensure timely regulatory compliance with SEC, PAYE, VAT, WHT, and other filings.
Coordinate annual budgets, monitor actuals vs. budgets, and analyze variances.
Manage cash flow, optimize treasury operations, and track income and expenses.
Support statutory audits by providing accurate data and ensuring timely submission of financial statements.
Develop financial models and valuations for transactions such as M&A, IPOs, and debt issuances.
Conducted market research and prepared client presentations to support business development.
Assist with deal execution, due diligence, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, financial management, or a similar role.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and hands-on experience with regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
