Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance.
Lead debt recovery efforts and implement effective credit control strategies.
Work closely with operations and sales teams to enhance revenue management.
Utilize and manage travel operation platforms for financial reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in the travel industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of travel operation platforms and financial processes.
Proven experience in debt recovery and credit control.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
