Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner (Finance BP) is a strategic role responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance.
The Finance BP will collaborate with various departments, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring alignment between financial strategies and organizational goals.
This role requires a proactive leader with a strong financial acumen, business insight, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement financial strategies that align with CIG Motors’ overall objectives.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across key business functions.
Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide business planning processes.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and resource allocation.
Support the implementation of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while providing actionable recommendations, to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to foster a culture of financial accountability and collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or a similar role, ideally within the automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Oracle), and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
