Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to assess project feasibility, cost implications, and financial performance.
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and expenditure reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in risk assessment and financial planning for infrastructure and engineering-related projects.
Support procurement and supply chain teams by evaluating cost structures and financial feasibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Utilize data analytics tools to enhance financial reporting and decision-making processes.

Expectations & Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience or educational background in engineering is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced).
Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
Prior experience in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus.
