Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell vape products within the assigned state.
Identify, onboard, and manage new retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
Ensure adequate product visibility and penetration across mapped territories.
Follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
Conduct market visits, competitor assessment, and customer feedback gathering.
Requirement:
OND/HND/BSc in any field.
1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG, tobacco, beverages, or similar industries is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale markets within the assigned state.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong field presence, energy, and passion for sales.
Ability to meet and exceed targets.
Good reporting discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
