Job Responsibilities
Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and distribution
Monitor & evaluate the sales team’s performance (Merchandisers) and provide
feedback in a clean and structured report.
Handle customer inquiries & complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Developing sales strategies & identify new opportunities potential customers
Communication: Communicate sales strategies to the team, and work collaboratively with other
departments
Reporting: Generate sales reports and present them to upper management
Provide training and guidance to the sales team
Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate lead
Requirements
Knowledge of Air Conditioning products & experience in sales/B2B
Minimum 3 years of experience
Strong communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Office, Powerpoint.
