As a Van Sales Representative (VSR), your primary responsibilities will include enhancing product availability, cultivating robust customer relationships, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets throughout your designated territories.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address challenges, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Drive consistent daily and monthly sales performance within designated outlets.

Daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock must be performed to ensure accuracy, with strict adherence to a zero-credit policy.

Manage stock allocations strictly within the predetermined limits established by management.

Enhance the market presence and distribution of all product offerings to ensure maximum reach and accessibility.

Foster enduring partnerships with key distributors and address any field-related concerns with urgency and efficiency.

Ensure precise reporting, meticulous documentation, and the punctual submission of sales reports.

Ensure adherence to pricing policies, maintain product availability, and execute market strategies effectively in accordance with regional standards.

To excel in this role, candidates must consistently meet or exceed market execution standards, achieving a performance rating of 95% or higher.

Perform precise daily reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactional data. Verify the consistency between various accounts, systems, and records to identify discrepancies promptly. Maintain thorough documentation of all reconciliation activities, including any variances discovered and actions taken to resolve them. Collaborate with relevant teams to address discrepancies and implement corrective measures as necessary. Ensure adherence to established accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the reconciliation process.

Consistent delivery of updates is required on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Ensuring complete product availability across all assigned retail locations stands as a critical priority. This role demands diligent oversight to guarantee that all items remain fully stocked and accessible to customers at all times.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in administrative support or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements. The ideal applicant must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks are highly desirable. Candidates should possess excellent time management skills and the capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
