The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in mentorship, data analysis, and strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency and team growth.
You should have a solid background in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Pidgin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong presentation abilities, and a process-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
