Field Operations Officer

Responsibilities

Carry out measurements and inspections at job sites based on job briefs.
Carry out installations/brandings at job sites and overseeing the activies of external contractors on/off job site till full completion.
Ensure proper planning on all installations/brandings and execution on all field jobs
Acquire market prices and price updates for production briefs.
Assist in purchasing materials and acquiring vendors to fulfil job briefs.
Provide accurate cost estimates on materials and labour on all job briefs.
Examine specifications, sample layouts, and mock-ups to calculate unit and production costs.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 2- 3years relevant work experience handling Clients in an Advertising/brand communication agency or Print company.
Professional with good communication skills.
Proven records in branding and installation.
Experience in field operations and project management.
Good initiatives and negotiation skills.
