Qualification: Bachelor minimum
Experience: 2 years minimum, in education, business, management and any relevant area
Job Summary

Coordination and implementation of the field activities, including education (monitoring of schools, SBMCs, teachers…), livelihood (IGAs, business skills), finance and logistics management.
Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably related to development or humanitarian studies, education and/or livelihood, with at least 2-3 years’ work experience.
Prior experience working with civil society organizations and governmental authorities in Nigeria
Possess excellent report writing, leadership, facilitation, analytical and strategizing skills
Able to communicate in at least one of the local languages (Fulani, Hausa…)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Ensure monitoring and data collection of key project indicators
Analyze data and share lessons learnt to suggest best practices for the project
Support assessment of education in northeast Nigeria, reviewing and updating education changes
Provide weekly and monthly progressive reports to the supervisor
Responsible for community mobilization
Identify education needs collaborating with local Education stakeholders, including a 3W mapping
Implement the project according to objectives and indicators agreed
Ideal experience working with IDPs, refugees or other vulnerable populations
Coordinate with local government authorities.
Suggest improvement of the education projects in line with international standards in education in emergencies
Support teachers, SBMCs and pupils, reinforcing their capacities and well being
