Responsibilities
Supervise and support multiple restaurant locations within a designated region.
Ensure all locations adhere to company operational standards, policies and procedures
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
Identify, develop and mentor future leaders within the region
Recruit, train and retain high performance employees
Develop and manage regional budgets, forecast, and financial plans
Implement cost-saving initiative and monitor inventory management
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Ensure all locations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with other regional managers, department heads, and support functions to achieve company objectives
Provide regular report and insights to senior leadership, highlighting regional performance and opportunities for improvement.
