Farm Portfolio Assistant

Description 

The Farm Portfolio Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of farm owners and their estates.
They ensure that all data is up to date and communicate effectively with owners regarding their farm investments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update detailed records of farm owners and their portfolios.
Ensure accurate documentation of ownership, payments, and agreements.
Communicate regularly with farm owners to provide updates and address inquiries.
Collaborate with the portfolio manager and administrative officer to manage portfolio-related data.
Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database tools.
