The Farm Administrative Officer is responsible for maintaining farm records, managing HR duties, and keeping an accurate inventory of farm properties and data.
They ensure smooth administrative operations across the farm.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain records of farm activities, including operations, supplies, and employee data.
Handle HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
Oversee inventory management, including tools, equipment, and stock.
Manage data collection and reporting for farm operations.
Serve as a liaison between farm staff and management for administrative issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data management tools.
Excellent communication skills.
