Responsibilities
Operate and monitor cocoa bean roasting machines, adjusting heat levels and roast duration to achieve desired flavor
Monitor roasting temperatures
Inspect incoming cocoa beans for quality and cleanliness
Monitor and adjust roasting temperatures and durations based on desired flavor profiles and quality standards.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification with 0-5 years work experience.
