Factory Human Resource Officer

Description

Ensure that all factory staff filings and documentations are well archived and easily assessable.
Close out on all open recruitment in the factory.
Ensure high quality manpower planning and recruitment procedures are in place for the factory, and that these procedures align with the employment regulation and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
Build on existing systems to create Human Resource Management tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population of the company.
Ensure that all new factory employees undergo thorough induction processes to aid their seamless integration into the group
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws ensuring that factory workers have their personal protective garments on at all times .
Daily monitoring of factory staff and operations to ensure efficency and high productivity of employees.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) in Industrial relations, Human Resource management or any other related field.
5 to 8 years experience in a similar role.
