Facility/Property Manager

Responsibilities The range of services to be provided by the Facility/ Property Manager include:

Letting of shops and other facilities in the market;
Determining leases and tenancies of third parties with regard to the market and collection of rents and any other income accruable to the Delta State Investment Trust Company Limited in respect thereof;
Taking responsibility for the general management and up keep of the market, including but not limited to the maintenance of its amenities, facilities, aesthetics, sanitary integrity of its environs, works and car parks;
Provision of adequate security arrangement to ensure order in the market and reasonable safety of lives and property therein;
Such complementary or supplementary services not exressly mentioned herein but which would be expected of a diligent facility/property manager acting in a similar engagement

Requirements The requirements for the engagement include the following:

Corporate profile;
Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria;
Evidence of previous experience in successful management of similar facilities or property.
