Job Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance, security, and general management of residential and commercial properties.
Coordinate repairs, cleaning, waste management, and general facility upkeep.
Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for tenants and resolve facility-related issues.
Supervise facility staff and service providers.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-5 years experience
