Details:
Required candidates must have a degree in estate management/estate surveyor or any closely related discipline and must have some experience in the real estate industry and or facility management(1 or 2 years work experience).
Candidates should be skilled in vendor management, preparing tenancy agreements and managing tenants, keeping and filing tenant’s records, using facility software and social media campaigns. Some accounting skill and a flare for marketing will be an added advantage.
