Key Responsibilities

Requirements
First Degree in Engineering, Estate Management or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
