Key Responsibilities
Ensure the maintenance, repairs and smooth running of all facilities.
Train,develop and manage team members.
Manage the customer experience to ensure that it is always up to Gold Standard.
Deal with customer complaints.
Manage customer relations.
Supervise the overall restaurant flow and experience on a shift-by-shift basis.
Person Specification
An electrical engineering OND/HND holder or similar background.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience is required.
Good communication skills as reaquired
Must be hardworking and dedicated.
Must have the ability to pay attention to details.
